Sudeep Rao

Sudeep Rao is an artist-engineer, designer & social entrepreneur engaged in the design of elegant & potentially “disruptive” solutions to our social, economic and environmental sustainability challenges.

His work involves repair of complex systems and engages core competencies of systems failure analysis, resources inventory, innovation, master plan & strategy development, holistic design, partnership building, and solutions delivery. The solutions he works on are designed with the ultimate objective of building powerfully beautiful communities.

His current projects include design consulting; national innovation platform for science, technology & entrepreneurship among high school students through the Conrad Foundation’s Spirit of Innovation Awards; the development of the green jobs economy in San Francisco, CA; systems for healthy food access; enhancing the local public health system; cross-sector partnership development; Imagine H2O, a prize/incubation platform to stimulate innovations in water; and the Summer of Solutions.
