Program and Logistics - Important Dates

6/2-6/8: Orientation Week and Project Introductions
Participants will engage in project work of their choice throughout the summer

6/2-6/28: Climate, Development, and Energy: Renewing Our Future
(3, 2-hr meetings per week, run through the Experimental College)
Other optional classes, workshops, and skillshares (you can run them too!) will be offered throughout the summer!

7/3-7/5: OPTIONAL: Rothbury Sustainable Music Festival (Michigan trip).
Possibly extended summit in Michigan 6/29-7/5

7/17-7/24: OPTIONAL: SSC SPROG organizing training in Head of the Rapids St. Park
Other SPROGs around the country are also available on different weeks.

7/25-7/31: Exit Week to bring the Summer of Solutions home

Evening Thursday 7/31-Morning Friday 8/1: Official Closing Program

Friday 8/1: Macalester dorm living space closes in the afternoon.
Participants with off-campus housing may stay if desired until they have to leave for fall semester.
